Untuk ketersediaannya di Indonesia sendiri masih belum ada kabar yang jelas, namun yang pasti MacBook Pro tidak akan menggunakan teknologi 4G LTE sehingga tidak akan terkena masalah TKDN seperti iPhone 6S, iPhone SE, dan iPhone 7B di Indonesia.
