Penghargaan Apple Music Awards 2021 resmi diumumkan. Ini merupakan pemberian penghargaan Apple Music Awards yang ketiga sejak digelar pada tahun 2019 lalu.
Apple Music Awards menghadirkan total 5 kategori yang terdiri dari Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Top Song of the Year, dan terakhir Top Album of the Year.
Pada ajang penghargaan tahun 2021 ini Apple menghadirkan satu kategori tambahan yang bernama Regional Artist of the Year yang terdiri dari regional Afrika, Prancis, Jerman, Jepang, dan Rusia.
